During safe discussions facilitated via Zoom, participants be will be invited to share their discoveries with those embarking on the same journey. Using The Circle Way technique, meetings will be conducted to encourage purposeful discussion, attentive listening, and maintain the group's well-being at large.

Settling and Embracing Emotional Debt (S.E.E.D.) will help you rid yourself of the feelings of being stuck, set back, and unable to own and manage your emotions. By way of teaching you to embrace and eliminate emotional debt, the instructors will equip you with coping tools for your toolbox and learning to write letters to your emotions.
